Billing & Refund Policy

At Wood Built Studio, we’re committed to transparent billing, flexible returns, and high-quality service. We accept multiple secure payment platforms including PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and all major debit/credit cards. Our goal is to ensure every customer experiences convenience and satisfaction at every stage of their journey.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of trusted payment solutions for our carpentry and custom woodwork services:

  • Cash – Accepted only for pre-approved, on-site service areas.

All digital payments are processed through secure encryption technology. Invoices are issued before or after work completion, depending on the service scope.

Refund & Warranty Policy

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you're unsatisfied due to service issues, installation defects, or warranty violations, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • The service delivered was incomplete or failed to meet promised quality standards.
  • Products or components installed were defective and fall under warranty coverage.
  • Billing or payment was charged incorrectly through PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or any other method.
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion. Each claim is reviewed individually by our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You cancel a custom order after production has started.
  • You misuse, damage, or alter delivered items post-installation.
  • The service met all agreed specifications and quality standards.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please email us at contact@woodforgedesigns.com with the following information:

  • Full Name & Order Number
  • Date of Service or Delivery
  • Payment method used (e.g., PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay)
  • A brief explanation of your request

We typically respond within 24–48 business hours and aim to resolve all claims within 5 business days.
