Refund & Warranty Policy
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you're unsatisfied due to service issues, installation defects, or warranty violations, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
- The service delivered was incomplete or failed to meet promised quality standards.
- Products or components installed were defective and fall under warranty coverage.
- Billing or payment was charged incorrectly through PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or any other method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You cancel a custom order after production has started.
- You misuse, damage, or alter delivered items post-installation.
- The service met all agreed specifications and quality standards.
